I finally made my little 2 inch block for the Pink Artist project. Visit Monica’s blog to find out more about it. http://girl-gone-thread-wild.blogspot.com/ . My Aunt Brynne died earlier this year after a 15 year fight with cancer. She had more strength and courage than anyone I’ve ever met, so my block is dedicated to her.
Not to change the subject so abruptly, but we’ve had MORE SNOW this week surprise, surprise! So, I got the camera out and took a few shots to show my friends in warm, sunny CA. The birhouse is in the front yard under a tree, and shot near the end of the storm. The others are of my little fur babies playing in the snow.
Bosley:
I don’t know how I got him so still, he’s usually pretty feisty. Bos is the smallest of the three, and always the instigator of all things going on.
Queenie:
A true sweetheart, and the most gentle of souls, but camera shy.
Barnie:
the Wonder Dog flying through the air on a mission! Barnie is a rescue dog, and pretty quirkie, even for a shih tzu. But, he loves being outside in the snow.
WORK, WORK, WORK
This is a preview of the newest fabric selection for Quilted Threads strip club. I’m busy putting the sample together for the big reveal on Saturday 3/8/08. This is all I can show you until then, but, this one is a beauty. Look for a photo of the completed quilt next week.

Leaping Barnie, is toooo cute. Great minds think alike.
